Shipping
We usually ship our orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need an exception, please email us at hellodonnajessica@gmail.com
We ship with Royal Mail and we support our local Post Office.
UK orders will be sent with either 2nd Class Signed For or Special Delivery services, where appropriate.
International orders will be sent via Tracked and where required, Tracked and Signed-For. Please ensure to keep an eye on your tracking for a smooth delivery.
We’re working on adding more options for international delivery. If we currently don’t ship to your location, please visit our Etsy shop for more shipping options.
Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that customs fees and taxes could apply to any international order upon delivery. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any of the taxes and duties. Customs fees and taxes vairy, please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before making your purchase.
Returns / Exchanges
We really hope are happy with your purchase. If you do need to return an item, we will accept within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. All items that are returned must be in their original condition, clean and unworn. We have the right to reject a return if it is not received in its original condition.

Faulty Items & Damages
We make all of our items with love, care and attention to detail. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at hellodonnajessica@gmail.com providing images and details.
Care Instructions
When laundering, please wash gently by hand using a mild detergent and dry flat only. Dry cleaning can damage antique and vintage textiles. Wear delicate, beaded, chiffon and silk items carefully to avoid damage.
